Program Overview

Finance classes

Introductory finance workshops will be the primary focus of the week's curriculum. These workshops will build a foundational understanding of capital markets, financial flows, financial exchanges, and personal finance.

Leadership development

The curriculum will include a several workshops dedicated to leadership development. Participants will be coached to find their unique leadership styles, and then identify ways that they can become leaders in their local communities and schools.

Community Service

As creating socially responsible business leaders is one of our core values, all participants will partake in a community service activity. Proposed community service events include; building and painting a school or mentoring disadvantaged kids in poorer areas of the country.

Social Activity

We will host an introductory breakfast and celebratory conclusion dinner as social events for the program participants. Both meals will include opportunities for the participants to be recognized for their achievements in the program, as well as, network with prominent business leaders and IFLA guest lecturers.
